1. Installation

1.1 How do I download the free software?

Click on any "Download" button to start the software download.

1.2 What do I do once the download is complete?

You are now ready to install the casino software file that is saved by default to your desktop. If you saved it somewhere else and cannot find it then simply click on:
"Start"/ "Find"/ "Find files or folders" and insert RiverNile.exe (depending on which version you chose) in the "Named" field then click on "Find now".Remember to search using the "Local hard drives" option. Once you have found it, double-click to begin the installation.


2. Registration

2.1 How do I register at the casino?

Run the software and click on CONNECT.

You will then be prompted to register online. You can register to PLAY FOR FREE or with REAL MONEY!

To register you will have to enter your e-mail address, contact details and a password. Once registration is complete, you will be given a player account number.

Make a note of your account number and password and keep them in a safe place, as you will need them to access the casino each time you wish to play.

Please note that it is not necessary for you to cash in your winnings at the end of each session: your account can be left with a positive balance, and will be automatically saved by our server. Reversal of a Cash-In Request

If you request a cash-in and change your mind and wish to continue playing with those credits, you may request a reversal of the cash-in within 24 hours. Please simply go back to the cash-in software and follow the "cash-in reversal" instructions

8.2 Steps to cashing in

  1. Select the amount you want to cashin, proceed to the bank page on the software, and enter your cashin.
  2. You will receive an automatic response, informing you that your cashin has been accepted.
  3. After a 24-hour period, your cashin information will reflect on our system.
  4.  In order to proceed with your cash-in, you must select your Preferred Method Of Payment.
  5. Once you selected your Preferred Method Of Payment, you will be notified as to how your cashin has been allocated, and when you can expect the payment.
  6. Certain Documentation (ID, Utility Bill, back and front of Credit Card, APR Approved Purchase Report), might be requested in order for your cash-in to be processed, for verification purposes.

9. Wagering

Minimum Wager Requirements

Wager Definition: A wager is defined in the following example: if you wager 5 credits each on two Slot spins, winning the one and losing the other, your credit balance will not change, yet this counts as 10 credits wagered.

Our Bonus System gives players more control over their account with a Bonus Account Balance and Cash Account Balance. Convert your Bonus casino credits into Cash casino credits once you’ve met the wagering requirements. It has many advantages:

  1. Know which credits are Bonus credits and which are your Cash credits.
  2. Keep track of the wagering requirements to know when your Bonus credits become Cash Credits.
  3. Keep track of the different wagering requirements on different games to convert your Bonus credits sooner.
  4. Know when and how much you can cash



Rules

A Player’s total account balance consists of a cash account balance and a bonus account balance.

A Player’s bonus account cannot be cashed in, but can be used to place wagers.

A player’s Cash Account may only be cashed in once the balance of the Bonus Account is zero and 100 or more bets have been placed since registration.

Bonus amounts credited to a Player’s bonus account are subject to 30 times play through (and 100 bets on your first purchase) before they may be cashed in.

Take note that some games played may contribute a different percentage of the wager - up to 100%, towards the required wagering:

  1. Slots, Parlour Games count full (100%) to wagering requirements.
  2. Table Poker, all Roulettes, Casino War and Sicbo count a quarter (25%) to wagering requirements.
  3. Video Poker, Craps, Baccarat count a twentieth (5%) to wagering requirements.
  4. All Blackjacks counts a fiftieth (2%) to wagering requirements.

Note: The Wagering Requirements are subject to the bonus amount and not your deposit amount.

As the required play-through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from the Player’s bonus account to their cash account.

Play-through is achieved when any real money wager is made. The Player can use either their bonus or their cash account.

For any wagers made, the wager is deducted from the Player’s cash account. If here is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the bonus account. This effectively means that funds in the Player’s bonus account are only played if there is no cash balance.

Winnings on wagers made from a Player’s cash account are credited directly to their cash account. Winnings on wagers made from a Player’s bonus account are credited to their bonus account.

Where crediting a Player’s bonus account with winnings would result in the bonus account exceeding the size of the original bonus amount, any excess winnings are credited to the Player’s cash account.

Please Note: the "Gamble" Feature on Slots and the "Double" feature on Video Poker, do NOT count towards wagering requirements. Only initial bets count and any double up instruction thereafter is issued to the Cash Account balance. Should the automatic system fail to remove your bonus if the Wagering Requirements are not met, the casino is entitled to do so.
